Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (please notify us if you plan to check in later) Check-out from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (please notify us if you plan to check out earlier) Late check-out is also available on request for an additional fee.

If you arrive early before check-in and would like to go up the mountain or would like to postpone your journey home for a while after check-out, we will be happy to store your suitcases and bags.

Outdoor parking spaces are available to hotel guests at a small surcharge of CHF 5.00 / night.

Breakfast buffet: We offer a standard breakfast included in the room price, which includes the following: • 3 different types of bread • Croissants and small rolls • Butter and jam • Honey • 4 different types of muesli/cornflakes • Plain yogurt • Various fruit yogurts • Fruit salad • Fresh fruit • Hard-boiled cold eggs • Salmon • 2 types of cheese • 2 types of meat • Warm bacon • Warm scrambled eggs with various side dishes to add • Orange juice • Multivitamin juice • Milk • Coffee specialties • Ovaltine • Chocolate • Various teas If you have a specific request, we will be happy to accommodate you! Half board only on request (3-course evening menu): • Served between 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. • The price of CHF 45.00 per adult and CHF 30.00 per child (up to 13 years) is charged daily.

Pets are welcome and free of charge at our hotel.

We offer various cancellation options depending on the time period. You have flexible rates as well as rates that do not offer cancellation options, but allow you to benefit from the cheapest price. We also recommend taking out travel insurance, which will help you in the event of unexpected circumstances.

We have a large ski and bike cellar which you can use free of charge.
